The Hood: the GM factory SS hood is the best looking hood out there for the LS1 Camaro.  I was also limited in that I wanted to avoid the huge shipping costs shipping it to Canada, and the potential for defects - a big problem with fiberglass parts.  The GM part was flawless, and I didn't have to buy the SS to get it.  I had it shipped, painted, and installed by the dealer.  In retrospect, though, I would have found some race-style vents and installed those instead; to avoid the impression that I am intending to replicate the SS package.
